Gorkem has over 15 years of experience in the finance and consulting industry, with a strong background in accounting, audit, and advisory services. Before founding ACCU365, Gorkem worked at Ernst & Young (EY) in London, where he specialized in Financial Services. During his tenure, he contributed to External Audit, Due Diligence, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects, managing a client portfolio that included banks, insurance companies, and investment funds listed on the London Stock Exchange.

In 2014, Gorkem was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and later to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) in 2015. Since then, he has been providing internal audit and tax consultancy services to leading enterprises in the MENA region via his Advisory firm. His advisory firm is one of the 15 approved ACCA Approved Employers in Turkey.

Gorkem's expertise encompasses strategic financial reviews, cloud transformation projects, and implementation of Workday and Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. His holistic approach ensures clients achieve operational excellence and enduring improvements.

Outside of work, Gorkem enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new technologies, and traveling. His commitment to professional excellence is matched by his passion for personal growth and continuous learning.

Cavidan is a highly skilled professional, holding dual qualifications as a chartered accountant  (FCCA) and a chartered HR professional (CIPD). Early in her career, she played a key role in the SAP transformation of a FTSE 100 company, where she developed a strong foundation in large-scale systems implementation. This experience propelled her into a successful career as a management consultant, helping clients streamline their operations and achieve strategic business goals. 

With a robust background in finance and HR, Cavidan has also provided CFO services in the hospitality industry, where she has been instrumental in driving financial leadership and strategic decision-making. Her ability to integrate financial acumen with a deep understanding of human capital makes her uniquely positioned to offer comprehensive solutions, enhancing both the financial health and organizational efficiency of the companies she serves.

With more than 15 years of experience in the finance and consulting industry, Yusuf brings a strong background in accounting, auditing, and financial systems integration. Before establishing ACCU365, Yusuf served as a Workday Financials Consultant at Ensono, EDF Trading, Francis Crick Institute & Wellcome Trust. During this tenure, he successfully led the implementation of various Workday Financials modules, addressing complex design challenges and optimizing process efficiency.

Throughout his career, Yusuf has demonstrated proficiency in leading cross-functional teams, developing data integration strategies, and enhancing revenue management workflows. His ability to guide teams through complex integrations and provide strategic solutions has consistently resulted in improved process efficiency and accuracy.
